I can't believe that I haven't posted this here?
My roommate is moving out next month and I need a replacement. If anyone knows of someone who needs a place to stay, have them contact me or let me know how to talk to them.
Details: East side of Madison, near the DOC (Hwy 30 and Fair Oaks). The house is 3 bedroom, one bath. Central air and street parking. I'd like someone gay-friendly, clean, not too loud (i.e. no parties every night, like once a month is cool). Doesn't mind if I'm not around all the time. It'd be a month-by-month lease, as long as I get a few months notice when they move out. No pets (with fur or feathers) and no smoking (though he/she can do it outside). $400 a month plus half utilities (this can be negotiated).
