So I've been working on the back matter for the Bible all day, continueing from my work last week. Lets call it 10 hours. Randomly, as Quark is wrought to do, it decides to crash and corrupt the file. I can't open it and while I can get the backup from last night, I loose liek 5 hours of work. I try renameing, throwing away my preferences, opening it on another Mac, and then on a PC. Nothing. The file crashes Quark everytime.
I open it in InDesign, and it converts with out a hitch. So now we will buy the plug-in to open InDesign files in Quark and I can be back on track. I hate that program.
